Trading Operations Analyst (Crypto) - Prop Trading Firm - £75-100K Base + 100% Bonus Potential

A successful prop trading firm, launching a crypto desk in London, are looking to hire a trade support specialist specific to the new launch.

Joining a bank of crypto specialist traders, the hire will provide coverage of core operations, broader middle office, trader assistant and risk management tasks. With such a broad remit, at volume, in addition to working with the trading team on the buildout of new tools and infrastructure, the hire will get very close to the investment process - it is possible to move into a trading role further down the line.

Candidates must have 2-5yrs operations / trade support experience - his / her most recent role must have a core crypto focus. Candidates are expected to have a strong academic profile. Coding skills are required, as is an aptitude / strong desire to learn further.

Whilst this is a relatively junior role, it is a lucrative position. It will pay £75-100k base depending on level of experience + a strong performer can expect a 100% bonus year one (which can increase year 2+)
