Strategy Planning Specialist

The Client:

We have partnered with a very fast-growing manufacturing company based in Saudi Arabia. The company is looking to expand its talented team and is looking for a Strategy Planning Specialist to join them in their exciting journey of growth and transformation.

The Role:

As a Strategy Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting strategic planning initiatives and driving key projects within the organisation. This is an entry-level or associate role requiring 1-2 years of experience in strategy planning within a manufacturing setup in KSA. You will assist in shaping the company’s strategic direction, working closely with senior leaders to ensure that initiatives are aligned with organisational goals and market demands.

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to ensure the company’s objectives are met.
• Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and internal data to provide insights for strategy development.
• Support the creation and maintenance of long-term and short-term business plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic goals across departments.
• Monitor and report on the progress of key strategic initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Help drive the implementation of strategies by tracking performance against KPIs and identifying areas for optimization.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute ideas to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of strategy planning experience in a manufacturing setup within Saudi Arabia. You should have a strong understanding of the local market, business dynamics, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Fluency in Arabic is a must, as you will be collaborating with teams and stakeholders across the region. The role requires someone with a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems. You should be highly organized, capable of multitasking, and eager to contribute to the company’s growth.
