Soils/Aci Technician

NOVA Services, Inc. We have immediate openings for Soils and/or ACI Technicians in our Irvine office. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience providing soils observation and testing and/or ACI technician duties. • Knowledge and understanding of construction documents and code requirements. • Ability to implement the recommendations of the geotechnical report. • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with project inspectors, IORs, contractors, and other owner’s representatives/team members. • Basic computer skills in order to prepare and submit daily reporting electronically (Knowledge of an electronic submittal system a plus). • Must possess a valid California Driver's License, a clean driving record, and $100K vehicle insurance. Required Certifications • Must possess a valid Nuclear Gauge/HAZMAT Certification and Annual Renewals. • For ACI Technician, must possess a valid ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Grade I certification.
