Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Tampa, FL. The Service Engineer will be responsible for handling day-to-day troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting maintenance and repair tasks, and performing field services. This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues with hardware and software, ensuring timely issue resolution are operating efficiently, and maintaining quality service to partners and clients.
