We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Recruiter to join the group. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience and have a deep understanding of technical roles, and the ability to assess candidates' technical skills. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a critical role in building our technical teams.Roles & Responsibilities• Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand technical staffing needs• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.• Screen resumes to evaluate candidates' qualifications and match them with job requirements.• Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit.• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical team members.• Collect feedback from interviewers and candidates to make informed hiring decisions.• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices for technical roles.• Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.Minimum Requirements• Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience Technical Recruiting.• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT recruiter.• Knowledge of technical roles, skills, and qualifications.• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.• Ethical conduct and confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate information.Preferred Skills• HR certification or training in technical recruitment.• Experience in recruiting for specific technical domains (e.g., data science, cybersecurity).• Familiarity with employer branding and social media recruitment strategies.• Experience with candidate relationship management (CRM) systems.
