Position Title and Salary: Secretary II, grade 21, $ 19.99 hourly

Job Duties: Duties include assisting the TAC (Terminal Agency Coordinator) with back-up duties. This position will also assist the Administrative Assistant with P-card reconciliations and mileage reimbursements as well as supply ordering and inventory management and other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience: Graduation from high school or equivalent. Must be courteous, professional and cooperative.

Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of the court system or legal experience is a plus

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:

  • Ability to understand court procedures and policies
  • Must have good customer services skills
  • Skills in the operating of office equipment
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • Must be able to work with some degree of independence and responsibility
  • Maintain confidentiality
