Job Title: Software Developer Engineer in Test (3 openings)NO C2C, NO H1B, NO OPT, NO CPT, NO VISAS, NO 3RD PARTY VENDORS FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY

Job Description

We are seeking 3 SDET's with strong experience in test automation frameworks, Python scripting, and CI/CD integration to support the development of test benches and automation pipelines for a novel aircraft program. This role is highly collaborative and will involve working with embedded software engineers and systems engineers to define and implement robust testing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement test frameworks to validate embedded and application-level software.
  • Write test plans and develop Python scripts to automate test execution.
  • Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to select appropriate test tools and frameworks.
  • Support the development of test benches for hardware/software integration.
  • Maintain and improve test infrastructure to support evolving project needs.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to quality assurance best practices.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
  • Understanding of embedded systems and hardware/software integration testing.
  • Must be a US person
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Candidates should be comfortable working in dynamic environments and contributing to both software and systems-level testing.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/hr.
