Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and driven FX Sales to join our growing team remotely. You will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing clients who require international currency exchange services. This role is ideal for someone with a background in FX or financial services sales who thrives in a performance-based, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source new clients through networking, outbound calls, social media, and introducer relationships

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients including individuals, SMEs, property firms, and corporate clients

• Consult clients on their FX needs and provide tailored currency exchange solutions

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and ongoing relationship management

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience and timely execution of trades

• Stay updated on FX market trends and advise clients accordingly

• Hit monthly performance targets for client acquisition and revenue generation

Requirements

• Proven experience in FX sales, B2B sales, financial services, or a similar performance-based role

• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and remotely

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence in building relationships and closing high-value deals

• An existing network of HNWIs, SMEs, or property contacts is a strong advantage

• Knowledge of FX markets and financial products is preferred but not essential for the right candidate

• Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication channels
