Location: Lagos Island, Lekki and Ajah,, Lagos
Department: Sales & Marketing
Employment Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: ₦80,000 per month + performance-based incentives
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our Sales & Marketing team. You will be the face of our brand, driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring our products reach every outlet in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our products to retailers, distributors, and end customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Expand market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in assigned outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitors and trends.
- Submit timely and accurate sales reports and field feedback.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in field sales, retail, or FMCG preferred.
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
-Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
-Basic knowledge of sales reporting and market analysis.
