    Sales Target Achievement

    Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

    Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve these goals.

    • Lead Generation:

    Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling.

    Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company’s products or

    services.

    • Client Engagement/Demo

    Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present the

    company’s products or services.

    Understand client needs and tailor presentations to address their specific

    requirements.

    • Client Engagement:

    Fixing face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present the company’s

    products or services.

    requirements with the support of the reporting manager

    • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat

    business.

    Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns they

    may have.

    • Reporting & Documentation:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress

    in CRM systems.

    Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance and

    market feedback.
