Zadig & Voltaire is looking for a part time sales assistant to join our team in DE BIJENKORF UTRECHT.

Expectations of the role

Sales skills:

• Drive sales: warm welcome, approach the customer, use appropriate sales techniques from start to conclusion of the sale.
• Be able to communicate efficiently and effectively.
• Be part of targeting the ZV objectives and meeting store KPIs (AB and UPT)
• Advise and drive sales according to the customer’s needs.
• Be able to build customer loyalty.
• Follow up the hold items .
• Be a brand ambassador.
• Be knowledgeable of the product range and the collection.

Operations:

• Operating till system, take and process payments for items.
• Managing the till queue efficiently.
• Taking care of your safety.
• Follow company policy and procedure.
• Manage the needs of the customer including exchanges, credit notes and holds.
• Offer each customer the opportunity to be on the mailing list.
• Maintain the replenishment of bags, boxes etc
• Follow up stock transfers between stores and manage the faulty items procedure with the support from the manager
• Keep the standards on the shop floor and in the stock room.

Processing the deliveries:

• Keep the store tidy.
• Answer calls promptly and efficiently, with a pleasant and welcoming manner.
• Execute the loss prevention procedure and perform regular full inventories.
• Ensure that the shop floor and the stock room are maintained in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition.

Merchandising:

• Process the deliveries (new collection, replenishment,…) and set up the items on the shop floor.
• Process the replenishment of the items on the shop floor according to the ZV standards.
• Keeping the standards on the shop floor and in the stock room.

Ideal Candidate

You have two years' experience or more in sales, in an upper-end brand, and have a passion for the fashion and luxury world. You can advise and guide a demanding clientele. You are hard-working, dynamic, energetic with a commitment to customer service.
