This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Mortgage Sales Consultant at Square Yards in Dubai. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for real estate sales, providing excellent customer service, sales training, and ensuring smooth transactions.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mortgage Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on generating sales through self-sourced business while actively managing inbound leads. As the Mortgage Sales Manager, you will leverage your industry expertise to build and maintain strong business relationships, deliver exceptional customer service, and guide clients through the mortgage acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively source new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and personal connections to drive mortgage sales.
Manage and respond to inbound leads efficiently, ensuring a high level of service and engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct comprehensive mortgage lending activities, including product analysis and financial consultations.
Stay up-to-date with mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
Collaborate with the underwriting and processing teams to ensure smooth loan approvals and closings.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives.
Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in the mortgage industry, with a solid understanding of mortgage products and processes.
Strong business relationship management skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and compliance requirements.
Background in finance or a related field is preferred.
