• Maintaining precise and current documentation of student progress, adhering to state mandates.
• Developing and applying behavior management strategies appropriate for an online classroom.
• Keeping abreast of the latest regulations in special education and methodologies for remote teaching.
Required Skills

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Special Education or a related discipline.
• A valid Oregon teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a special education environment.
