Required Skills • Proficiency in online platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Classroom. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents. • Ability to create and adapt digital learning materials that cater to diverse learning styles. • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation procedures. • Basic troubleshooting skills for online teaching platforms. • A reliable internet connection and computer setup to perform virtual work efficiently. Qualifications • A Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education or a related field is required. • An active Arkansas Special Education certification is mandatory. • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher within a school setting. • Prior experience with remote teaching is preferred to ensure effective online instruction.
