Role Summary

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Software Engineer with expertise in JavaScript to become an integral part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of web technologies, browser functionality, DOM manipulation, and video player integration. Experience in the ad tech sector is advantageous. In this vital role, you will contribute significantly to the enhancement of our measurement capabilities, collaborating with the Open Measurement Software Development Kit (OMSDK) and an array of JavaScript frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize our measurement scripts and front-end applications utilizing JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Ensure our OMSDK implementation is current for improved ad measurement and verification.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and test new features.

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in browsers and video players.

• Partner with the Quality Assurance team to guarantee high-quality deliverables.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in web technologies and ad tech.

Required Skills

• Strong command of JavaScript, with a solid understanding of its foundational principles.

• Proficiency in front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

• Comprehensive knowledge of browser internals, DOM manipulation, and video player integration.

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Experience with OMSDK and its application within ad tech solutions is desirable.
