If you’re a self-motivated individual with a keen attention to detail and a passion for community development, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities• Develop, implement, and assess the marketing and advertising strategy in alignment with organizational goals.• Manage and oversee the marketing initiatives using Asana and Google Drive effectively.• Promote our programs, partnerships, special events, and organizational impact through diverse marketing channels, including social media platforms, digital assets, e-blasts, and video channels.• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials in collaboration with the leadership team.• Design attractive graphic materials using Canva and oversee the planning and execution of photoshoots and video productions to showcase our programs.• Employ creative outreach methods to engage target audiences and donors.• Analyze and report on marketing performance metrics, continuously refining strategies for enhanced results.• Assist in managing the marketing budget and collaborate on donor retention initiatives.• Represent our organization in alignment with other organizations and individuals who share our mission.• Stay informed about the latest marketing and social media trends.• Participate in weekly team meetings conducted via Zoom.Required Skills• Exceptional multitasking abilities while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.• Strong communication skills, both individually and in group settings.• Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms), Canva, and Mailchimp.• Extensive experience in social media management.• Ability to craft and edit clear, impactful written content.Qualifications• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or communications is required.• A degree in Marketing or Communications is highly preferred.Career Growth OpportunitiesJoining our team offers a unique path for professional development within a mission-focused organization.
