Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with assigned practice groups, providing essential support on various practice management initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports while monitoring the performance of practice groups.
• Track and report on attorney utilization metrics.
• Organize and schedule training and development programs for attorneys.
• Manage logistical elements for practice group meetings, events, and retreats, including agenda preparation and calendar scheduling.
• Maintain the group intranet site and a comprehensive repository of practice management information.
• Assist with projects related to lateral attorney recruitment efforts.
• Develop and oversee practice group expense budgets.
• Enhance attorney morale and engagement within practice groups.
• Facilitate the annual attorney evaluation process in coordination with the Attorney Resources team.
• Support ad hoc projects and special initiatives as they arise.

• Strong judgment and discretion in managing confidential and sensitive information.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with attorneys, staff, and external vendors.
• Proficient in leveraging technology tools and resources swiftly.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is mandatory. Equivalent training and experience may be considered as a substitute.
• A minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in legal administration is required, preferably within a law firm or a professional services environment.
Compensation And Benefits
• Competitive hourly rate of $28/hour.
• Standard working hours from 9 AM to 5:30 PM ET, with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule permitting remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
• Immediate start is available for selected candidates.
