Key Responsibilities • Expertise in ERP: Install, configure, and troubleshoot our ERP system for both cloud-based and on-premise implementations. • Data Migration Specialist: Facilitate seamless data migration for clients transitioning to our system. • Exceptional Customer Support: Deliver outstanding service by addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding clients through technical challenges. • Troubleshooting Excellence: Efficiently diagnose and resolve various technical issues, ranging from software bugs to hardware concerns. • Commitment to Continuous Learning: Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support. Required Skills • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server setup and maintenance. • Proficiency in Networking concepts (e.g., DNS, ports), as well as Windows Domain and Workgroup configurations. • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or related fields. • (Preferred) Fluency in SQL and familiarity with Microsoft’s Remote Desktop Service. • (Preferred) Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS). • (Preferred) Understanding of warehousing, supply chain, e-commerce, and accounting principles.
