Key Responsibilities
• Drive the advancement of our product and capacity databases, with an emphasis on historical data tracking, demand forecasting, and the creation of key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for stakeholder insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and capacity teams to establish data pipeline specifications for new product introductions and changing roadmaps.
• Gather, integrate, and sustain data from diverse sources, guaranteeing its quality and integrity, while transforming it into insightful visual formats.
• Recognize challenges and partner with teams throughout the organization to define data needs, analyze trends, and propose actionable solutions.
• Integrate product, hardware, and data center constraints into planning methodologies, ensuring that proposed solutions are both effective and feasible.
• Develop and enhance demand forecasting models to anticipate future trends, thereby supporting the company’s strategic initiatives.
• Analyze extensive datasets to aid in shaping business decisions, effectively balancing operational priorities with capital expenditures.
• Participate in developing capacity planning models and analytical tools aimed at enhancing capacity performance.
Required Skills
• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a closely related field.
• A strong enthusiasm for data manipulation and converting raw data into impactful insights.
• Proficiency in SQL alongside a solid grasp of database design fundamentals.
• Experience with data warehouses or data lakes is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Julia.
• Expertise in data visualization platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Plotly, Excel, etc.).
• Understanding of cloud computing elements, such as virtual machines, hypervisors, and computer networking.
Qualifications

Compensation And Benefits
• The base salary for this position ranges from \(115,000 to \)150,000, contingent on experience, location, and qualifications.
