Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse portfolio of projects from inception through completion. Your leadership will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.Key Responsibilities• Direct and manage the entire project implementation process, including design, permitting, bidding, and construction management.• Oversee projects with a maximum of 75k RSF, ensuring effective and timely execution.• Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets, encompassing both hard and soft costs.• Coordinate project timelines, select appropriate teams, and manage financial aspects for all project phases.• Implement marketing and development strategies to build and enhance client relationships.• Provide on-site supervision to ensure adherence to project milestones and performance standards.• Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with consultants, contractors, and vendors.• Ensure accounts receivable remain within planned working capital charge limits.• Organize and manage all RFPs, contracts, invoices, and other critical project documentation.• Maintain organized and current electronic files and documentation.Required Skills• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.• 2-5 years of experience in project management or a comparable role.• Strong grasp of the construction, architecture, or commercial real estate sectors.• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to cultivate relationships with executive-level clients.• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable in BlueBeam.• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a relevant field.• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in project management or a similar setting.Career Growth OpportunitiesJoining our esteemed organization provides numerous avenues for professional advancement and skill enhancement, making a significant impact in the construction and real estate industry.Company Culture And ValuesOur company is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment that values innovation, collaboration, and professional integrity.
