Communications Coordinator - Remote (California Residents Only)
Join Us in Shaping the Future of Caregiving
We are a mission-oriented organization striving to cultivate a workforce of highly skilled caregivers who play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for many individuals across California. With over two decades of leadership in this equity-driven initiative, we have trained over 35,000 home care and nursing home caregivers. Our commitment to quality training has established us as one of California’s largest caregiver training providers.
Our evidence-based training programs are designed to uplift both the caregiving workforce and the low-income older adults and individuals with disabilities they assist. We take pride in offering training in six languages, ensuring caregivers have the necessary tools to excel in their roles.
Through strong collaborations with labor unions and care facilities, we have developed programs that not only enhance caregiver retention but also improve the overall quality of care. Our initiatives, ranging from certifications to apprenticeship opportunities, are driving significant changes in the long-term care sector.
