This role offers the flexibility of working remotely while being based in our Loveland, CO office.Key Responsibilities• Assist in designing land development projects, encompassing grading, drainage analysis, street design, and water distribution systems.• Transform preliminary design information into precise construction documents utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D.• Establish and execute horizontal and vertical alignments, profiles, cross sections, and perform essential earthwork calculations.• Prepare engineering drawings in accordance with established standards, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all documentation.• Design construction documents and create specialized exhibits and constraint maps using field data and engineering research.Required Skills• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD (2009 or newer) and Civil 3D.• Strong capability in hydrology and hydraulics software.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Experience with commercial-retail projects will be considered an advantage.Qualifications• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the civil engineering sector (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).• E.I.T. certification is preferred.Career Growth OpportunitiesJoin us to unlock significant avenues for professional growth and development.
