Job Title: Entry-Level Business Analyst - RemoteJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. In this integral role, you will be instrumental in supporting project management efforts and engaging with stakeholders throughout the organization. This position presents an excellent opportunity to develop your skill set and make a meaningful contribution in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities• Craft clear and concise Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).• Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions for both internal teams and external clients.• Collaborate with IT teams and delivery managers to ensure the seamless release of projects following testing phases.• Operate within a Sprint framework while managing shared IT resources across various projects.• Aid in the research and assembly of materials for special projects, specifically those related to marketing and contract administration.• Generate detailed reports featuring intermediate to advanced computations on a regular basis (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annually).Required Skills• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.• Strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.• A self-driven, reliable, and independent team player who excels in documentation.• Proficient in multitasking and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.• Experience in enhancing standardized processes and service deliveries to align with organizational objectives.• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.• Familiarity with SQL server language for data analysis pertaining to requirement gathering and functional testing.• Knowledge of Sprint methodologies and project management concepts is preferred.• Experience in medical claims processing or the insurance sector is advantageous.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, such as computer science, business, or healthcare.• At least 2 years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role.• Background in the insurance and claims industry is a plus.• Scrum certification or related experience is beneficial.Career Growth OpportunitiesWe are dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused work environment.
