As an Assistant Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization and embark on a journey to evolve into a skilled property management professional. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with seasoned property managers to enhance the performance of diverse property portfolios. • Provide exceptional customer service to both investors and residents, ensuring timely responses to inquiries via phone and email. • Engage directly with investors to address questions, offering swift and comprehensive solutions. • Investigate and analyze investor inquiries to uncover underlying issues. • Schedule and manage tasks across internal departments, adhering to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Serve as a backup for property portfolios during manager absences. • Assist with administrative duties and support Property Managers in managing workloads. • Ensure accuracy of property and rental data in our systems while working closely with internal teams for data integrity. • Foster strong relationships with customers and colleagues to enhance collaboration. • Exhibit flexibility by taking on additional tasks and projects as necessary. Qualifications • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service-oriented role; prior property management experience is strongly preferred. • Willingness to acquire a Real Estate License within 90 days of starting, as well as a Property Management License if required by state regulations. • An enthusiastic approach to learning and a desire to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
