Key Responsibilities • Deliver engaging online instruction to small groups (2-6 students) or one-on-one. • Utilize existing teaching resources to facilitate comprehensive understanding of environmental science concepts. • Evaluate and grade student performance, providing constructive feedback to nurture academic growth. • Ensure timely completion of the curriculum and prepare students for success in their educational journey. Required Skills • In-depth knowledge of Environmental Science. • Strong passion for education and teaching. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide meaningful feedback. • Flexibility and willingness to accommodate scheduling needs. Qualifications • A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related discipline (Master's, Ph.D., or EdD preferred). • Minimum of one year of teaching experience in the subject area; experience with high school students is advantageous. • Availability for 4-6 teaching slots per week to meet student scheduling needs.
