Job Overview We are in search of a motivated and professional Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the Director of Operations at our esteemed national financial services firm. This position plays a pivotal role in managing the daily operations of our tax practice, optimizing workflows, and pinpointing areas for enhancement. This is a full-time, hybrid remote role that becomes available following the initial training period. Key Responsibilities • Supervise daily operations across various practice areas, including tax advisory, return preparation, bookkeeping, administration, and client services. • Leverage existing systems and technology to optimize workflows and improve operational processes. • Oversee and monitor project timelines to ensure that all deadlines are met. • Facilitate client communications and contribute to an exceptional overall client experience. • Organize meetings, manage schedules, and prepare necessary documentation. • Provide operational support to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree. • Relevant experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
