Position: Finance Intern We are thrilled to present an enriching opportunity for a Finance Intern! This role will provide you with invaluable exposure to the financial and operational frameworks that uphold our mission within a reputable non-profit organization. As an intern, you will contribute meaningfully to our team while developing your skills in finance and operations. We are in search of a proactive, detail-oriented candidate who possesses a strong initiative and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities • Assist the Finance and Operations teams with administrative support during the fiscal year audit. • Contribute to data integrity initiatives within our CRM system (Salesforce). • Perform various administrative functions, including document scanning and filing. • Engage in special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities, with a keen interest in finance and accounting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with account reconciliation or Salesforce CRM is advantageous. • Motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the capacity to work independently in a hybrid work environment. • Ability to interact professionally with diverse, cross-functional teams. • Comfortable in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting, with appropriate guidance. Qualifications • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Detail-oriented and organized with a self-starter mindset. • Previous internship or relevant experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
