Position Overview

Talent Renew is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This position is fully remote and operates on a 100% commission-based model, offering unlimited earning potential. We are particularly interested in individuals with recruitment experience within the Legal, Construction, or Accounting & Finance sectors.

The successful candidate will bring a strong network, proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, and the ability to manage client and candidate relationships with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the Legal, Construction, or Accounting & Finance industries.
• Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools, platforms, and industry networks.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements while ensuring a positive candidate and client experience.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on recruitment activities.
• Stay informed on industry trends and provide insights to clients and the Talent Renew team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of recruitment experience in Ontario, preferably within Legal, Construction, or Accounting & Finance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong business development skills with the ability to build and grow client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of success in a commission-based environment is an asset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with professionalism and accountability.
