As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, engaging in a variety of high-impact activities:

• Proactive Business Development: Engage with prospective clients and candidates through strategic cold calling, targeted emails, and robust social networking to uncover new business opportunities and talent pools.
• Talent Acquisition & Placement: Master the art of sourcing, engaging, and successfully placing exceptional candidates into roles that propel both their careers and our clients' businesses forward.
• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach and comprehensive candidate screening to meticulous offer negotiation and successful placement.
