MrHouse LLC is a fast-growing real estate investment and dispositions company specializing in creative finance, acquisitions, and wholesale. We’ve built a reputation on strong relationships, innovative deal structures, and closing transactions with precision. We’re now looking for an Acquisitions Manager to join our team and help us continue scaling across Texas and Florida.
Role OverviewThe Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing real estate deals that align with our investment strategies. This is a remote position for now, but within the next year we anticipate establishing an office in DFW where the role may transition to a hybrid or in-person setting.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate off-market and on-market properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, agents, wholesalers, and other key stakeholders.
- Analyze property data (ARV, repair costs, comps, market trends) to determine deal viability.
- Collaborate with the dispositions team to ensure smooth contract-to-close processes.
- Track leads, offers, and pipeline using our CRM systems.
- Manage acquisition strategies across cash or creative finance deals
- Proven experience in wholesale acquisitions
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with creative finance strategies (Sub-to, Wraps, Novations) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze deals, run comps, and evaluate property value.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with strong accountability.
