- Streamline the VA Appraisal Process – Familiarize yourself with VA-specific appraisals to minimize delays and negotiate effectively on behalf of clients.
- Educate and Empower Clients – Help military families understand their benefits and options, creating a clear path toward wealth-building through real estate.
- Guide military clients through relocations to and from Fort Bliss, simplifying the process and making transitions as seamless as possible.
- Utilize our PCS network to connect with agents nationwide and offer trusted referrals for incoming and outgoing moves.
- Support active-duty personnel and veterans in navigating VA loans and military housing benefits, so clients feel informed and empowered.
- Coordinate with national military referral partners to ensure clients have a cohesive experience, no matter where they’re moving.
- Participate in ongoing training on relocation services to stay updated on best practices for military clients.

- Familiarity with military relocation and VA benefits
- Experience in real estate or relocation services preferred
- Strong organizational skills, with an ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and a service-oriented approach to client care
- 1+ years of experience in real estate or similar fields
- Understanding of military PCS processes is highly valued
- Real estate license
