About The Role

Your responsibilities
- Working as part of the Product Delivery and Maintenance (PDM) Germ Protection and Household team with the corresponding global Category Development Organization (CDO) and global R&D Innovation teams to deliver in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
- Competency in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage relevant technology providers, regulatory and safety teams, business units, brand teams and supply chain stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all activities, successful handover to supply and third parties, and a smooth market launch for assigned projects, including preparation and release of appropriate technical documentations.
- Coordinate team and stakeholders to deliver complex projects and activities to provide technical support for germ protection brands and enhance existing products, in alignment with the defined Brand Strategy.
- Efficiently and effectively communicate/cooperate with cross functional stakeholders on the daily work basis to deal with regular requests and support needed from R&D PDM.
- Working in the laboratory on formulation and validation testing in a safe and efficient manner to drive performance and claim substantiation.
- Prepare scientific reports, technical documents, SOPs, and protocols for internal or external publication/presentation.
- Good team building and assisting team members on their personal and career developments
- Managing and guiding EMOs on the requirements, formulation, development and testing in line with Success Criteria, targets and manufacturability.
- Have an overview of consumer needs and insights and be passionate about consumers and new trends to inspire new ideas generation.
- Ensure all development activities comply with legislative, health & safety, and environmental standards, including the implementation and monitoring of best laboratory practices at external labs, and adapting products to evolving regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline, ideally Chemistry or related Science field.
- Sufficient experience in laboratory management (5S, QMS etc.) and familiar with general Lab equipment.
- A good understanding of the R&D end to end development process in FMCG industry and good at RD project management.
- Efficient understanding of project management processes can be applied in a complex technology delivery environment with a proven track record.
- Good Technical expertise and curiosity with a passion for problem solving and delivery. A proven track record of results.
- Experienced in working with supply chain and application of understanding of factories operations.
- Experience in managing teams as well as cross functional teams with good leadership capability.
