JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for a Project Analyst to join the team! This role will work onsite Monday-Friday in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing work order information and interpreting scope to create documents for design
• Setting up work orders in systems for billing and charging Involved with Environmental and roadblock identification during work order setup, to be communicated to PM and team
• Will create Right of Way and Environmental documentation and packets as needed
• Responsible for data management and integrity within the PM Tool including exceptions, due dates, task assignments, etc.
• Will be asked to report out on workload, new work setup status, permitting status, and others in weekly meetings

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Completed Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mathematics, Business, or related
• Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday
• Proven skills in learning software and processes quickly

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Interest or past experience in the engineering or utilities industry
• Desire to learn on the engineering or project management side for growth progression
