ExposeProfi.de creates high-quality 3D visualizations for real estate developers, architects, and agencies in the DACH region. We turn architectural plans into photorealistic images that help clients market and sell properties faster. We’re looking for a Project Manager – Architectural Renderings to keep projects on track, maintain quality, and ensure smooth communication between clients and artists.
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret architectural plans (floorplans, elevations, site plans)
- Review renderings for technical accuracy and visual quality
- Provide clear, structured feedback to 3D artists
- Coordinate timelines, milestones, and version control
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Essential Skills
- Strong architectural/construction plan literacy
- Eye for 3D visualization quality (lighting, materials, realism)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear and professional written/spoken English
- Organized and self-driven
- Tech savvy and always up to date with new (software) tools
Nice-to-Have
- Background in architecture, interior design, or real estate
- Experience in quality assurance or art direction for visual media
- Familiarity with German/Austrian architecture
- Project management experience
