Job Description

Job responsibilities & tasks duties include but are not limited to Projects:

Project scope: Assist in monitoring project scope and report any deviations to the Project Manager.

Project time: Support schedule development and follow up on activity progress to ensure adherence to approved timelines.

Project cost: Track project expenditures and update cost records to support budget monitoring.

Project quality: Assist in implementing quality control activities by documenting inspections, tests, and results, and reporting non-conformities.

Project Human Resources

• Coordinate with internal departments to confirm resource availability.
• Support team coordination and maintain attendance and manpower records.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and escalate delays or performance concerns to the Project Manager.
  
  

Project procurement: Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Project Communication

• Maintain updated stakeholder lists and contact records.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates.
• Maintain organized filing systems (hard and soft copies) for all project documentation.
  
  

Project Risk

• Assist in tracking identified risks and documenting mitigation actions.
• Report potential risks or issues affecting project execution.
  
  

Project Handover

• Support commissioning activities.
  
  

Compile required documentation and assist in preparing handover and close-out reports.
