    Job Title: Warehouse Clerical Assistant
    Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)

    Job Description:
    We’re looking for a strong clerical professional with experience in a shipping and receiving environment. This role involves heavy computer data entry, spreadsheet updates, and direct communication with customers and transportation partners.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process shipping/receiving documents

    • Maintain accurate records and update spreadsheets

    • Communicate with customers and carriers

    • Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and related paperwork

    • Perform general clerical tasks (filing, scanning, phones)

    Requirements:

    • Experience in a warehouse or shipping/receiving clerical role preferred

    • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Excel

    • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
