Expected Compensation: $23-$27/hour
Compensation is based on a variety of factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, responsibilities, candidate experience, education, qualifications, and business considerations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Support MSI updates
- Assist with problem solving activities to drive scrap reduction
- Close reports from production projects
- Contributes for process transference and new process implementation
- Design of mechanical devices and fixtures
- Create synergy with other departments for process problem solving
- Provide special technical training when required
- Buy machines, devices or spares required for automation projects
- Reports to the Process Engineer Supervisor
- Interacts with Operations, Maintenance, Purchasing, Quality, Design, RBS and other functional teams on a variety of process issues
- 2 year Associates Degree in Engineering or related field
- Electromechanics, Mechatronics or Electronics technician
- Experience designing in Solidworks, Fusion or other CAD software
- Automation Projects implementation
- Equipment / process transference projects
- Ideas for funnel of new projects
- Improvements in Production Processes
- High sense of urgency, self-starter, highly driven and solving problem skills
- Good communications skills, proactive and good team player
- Highly Organized
- Able to handle multiple projects
- Experience in Electric Control and PLC programming
- Some experience with task management software
- Spoken and written English communication
