MAISON POLENEEstablished in 2016 by three siblings, the French maison Polène crafts a collection of leathergoods that blends minimalism and creative exploration to offer unique shapes and signatures achieved through excellent craftsmanship.The leather, sourced exclusively from certified Italian and Spanish tanneries, is sculpted to create organic forms, folds, drapery effects, or weavings.The manufacturing process is entrusted to our artisans in Ubrique, a city in Spain specializing in high-end leathergoods, which hosts all of Polène's production trades.Since 2023, Polène has been expanding into a new realm of expression: jewelry. Thematic collections explore nature, from the undulations of the wind to the textures of rocks sculpted into the material.Our documentary: “HORS CHAMP”THE POLENE ENVIRONMENT Reporting directly to the Head of PR for the US and Canada, your main mission is to develop the brand's awareness and image by collaborating with key professionals in the US market.You will be mainly focused on influencers, youtubers, and VIP. Your tasks will be the following :• Assist with the implementation of the brand’s social media visibility strategy in the United States/Canada (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube…)• Research of new profiles to collaborate with (influencers, VIPs, Youtubers)• Weekly meetings with influencers/VIPs in our NYC store• Communicate on new products and brand news (bag launches, store openings…)• Daily follow-up of influencer gifting (management of shipments with our workshop, gift deliveries) Other related tasks• Check and monitor all social media and press coverage (via Launchmetrics and Campayn)• Help with the monthly PR reporting for the HQ highlighting the best results in the US• Management of couriers and shipments with DHL and other carriers JOB REQUIREMENTS• You have a 1-year experience in fashion PR with a focus on influence (internships included)• You are organized, proactive and reactive.• You showcase great communication skills and are quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment.• You have an appetite for fashion and are keeping up with current trends on social media
