Job Title: Remote Respiratory Therapist (RT) – NY Licensed

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Remote (Must hold an active NY RT license)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our remote care team. This role involves conducting prescription (RX) reviews, providing patient support over the phone, and assisting with durable medical equipment (DME) setup and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct RX reviews as scheduled based on availability.
  • Complete service calls, documenting all activities and outcomes promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain an up-to-date calendar reflecting availability for patient appointments.
  • Provide clear instructions to patients on the use of respiratory equipment (e.g., oxygen therapy).
  • Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, medical staff, and internal team members.
  • Ensure regular and punctual attendance.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Active NY Respiratory Therapist License (required)
  • Experience in customer service, call center, or pharmacy CSR roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable spending 90% of work time on the phone assisting patients.
  • Ability to explain medical equipment usage clearly and compassionately.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.00/hr.
