Responsibilities
Identify and prospect potential agency clients in the entertainment industry.
Conduct outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups) to agencies and managers.
Schedule meetings with qualified leads for the founders to close.
Maintain accurate, daily CRM logs of outreach activity and results.
Meet weekly/monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and conversions.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
Prior experience or deep familiarity with the theatre, entertainment, or acting industry.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up.
Passionate about helping actors, agents, and managers succeed.

The role allows flexible hours and autonomy in scheduling, but performance will be measured by output.
