Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential agency clients in the entertainment industry.
- Conduct outreach (calls, emails, follow-ups) to agencies and managers.
- Schedule meetings with qualified leads for the founders to close.
- Maintain accurate, daily CRM logs of outreach activity and results.
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for outreach, meetings booked, and conversions.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Prior experience or deep familiarity with the theatre, entertainment, or acting industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up.
- Passionate about helping actors, agents, and managers succeed.
Notes
The role allows flexible hours and autonomy in scheduling, but performance will be measured by output.
