Job Summary:
The online Support Coordinator processes and coordinates all work related to Electrical Residential new Constructions for assigned builders.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None.
- Manage, monitor and maintain all requests for electrical residential new construction.
- Coordinate with other internal departments regarding documentation and job creations.
- Monitor & maintain email inbox.
- File & code job documentation per entry standards
- Create jobs in the system based on appropriate information.
- Coordinate and respond to other departmental requests for documentation and job information.
- Visit builder websites for information as needed.
- Coordinate, communicate with and respond to remote admins and all field personnel as necessary.
- Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization skills with attention to details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within multiple systems while maintaining data consistency and accuracy.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Construction experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
