This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for an Off Plan Specialist (Commission-based) at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI). The Off Plan Specialist will be responsible for selling off plan properties, connecting with potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include prospecting and generating leads, conducting property viewings, and following up with clients post-sales. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market and the ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
