Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated engineering professional to join a dynamic consultancy team working across a diverse portfolio of building and infrastructure projects. This role involves leading technical design efforts, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions from concept through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process on multiple concurrent projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
• Produce and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation using industry-standard software tools.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to integrate design inputs across disciplines.
• Support proposal development, including technical scopes, budgeting, and feasibility assessments.
• Conduct engineering calculations and simulations using both manual methods and digital tools.
• Identify project risks and communicate them proactively to project leadership.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their technical development.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Participate in internal design reviews and quality assurance processes.
• Engage in client-facing activities and help maintain strong professional relationships.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong technical background in building services or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficient in CAD/BIM platforms and engineering analysis software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with local codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Chartered or licensed engineer status (or working toward it) is preferred.
