About the Role
We’re a well‑funded startup launching our first product and building long‑term, scalable online sales. You will own paid social performance on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), partnering closely with creative to ship and scale winning campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns across the funnel (prospecting, retargeting).
- Own budgets, pacing, and goals (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC) with daily optimization.
- Build a structured testing roadmap (audiences, bidding, placements, creatives, hooks).
- Collaborate with the Creative Strategist on briefs, concepts, and iteration.
- Set up and maintain tracking (Pixel / Conversions API) and ensure data quality.
- Build clear weekly reports and present insights to leadership.
- Partner with web/analytics on landing pages and conversion rate improvements.
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related; Bachelor’s is a plus.
- 2+ years managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns.
- Hands‑on expertise with Ads Manager, Events Manager, Pixel/CAPI, and GA4/UTM tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset and A/B testing discipline.
- Experience with product launches or crowdfunding is a plus.
- Excellent communication; self‑starter comfortable with fast iteration.
Nice to Have
- Shopify or other e‑commerce experience.
- Experience building dashboards (e.g., Looker/Data Studio) and cohort analysis.
