Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Location: Abu Dhabi (On-site)

Salary: 5000 - 6000 AED

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry within the UAE, proven expertise in social media management, and a solid academic background with a Master’s degree in Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies tailored for the F&B sector.
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) ensuring engaging and brand-consistent content.
• Coordinate and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Work closely with the operations and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Support in photoshoots, content creation, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Marketing (mandatory).
• Proven experience in the F&B industry in the UAE (required).
• Strong knowledge of social media management and content creation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Arabic speaker preferred, English proficiency required.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
