WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing on-property events including promotions, concerts, pop-ups and activations
- Track event timelines and deliverables, providing administrative support including vendor communication, contracts, and inventory management
- Serve as a point of contact for sports radio partner, helping to plan and execute co-branded promotions, on-site activations, and live broadcasts
- Support entertainment team in coordinating logistics for live performances, including artist hospitality, load-in/load-out schedules, and night-of-show operations
- Coordinate setup and breakdown of marketing events, ensuring brand standards and partnership expectations are met
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events and guest experiences
- Assist in post-event recaps and reporting, gathering guest feedback and compiling performance metrics
- Represent the casino brand during public events and promotions, engaging with guests and supporting community outreach efforts
- Support marketing team with promotional calendar execution and cross-functional marketing campaigns as needed
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. 
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management
- Duties may include various areas of Marketing based on promotions and calendar needs
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Associates degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive toward results.
