As the Marketing Executive at Al Khoory Group, you will play a key role in strengthening the company’s brand presence and communication efforts. You will manage social media channels, create engaging content, coordinate marketing activities, and oversee internal communications initiatives. This role requires a mix of creativity, organization, and collaboration to ensure consistent alignment with the company’s overall marketing strategy.
I. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Campaigns
- Assist in preparing annual marketing plans for the group
- Coordinate and support marketing initiatives for new brand launches and campaigns.
- Work with external vendors, suppliers, and media partners to execute campaigns and negotiate advertising opportunities.
- Support pre-opening processes from a marketing perspective.
Branding & Creative Development
- Collaborate with the design team to create promotional templates, visuals, and digital content aligned with brand standards.
- Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistent messaging, correct tone of voice, and adherence to corporate guidelines across all marketing channels.
- Maintain and update marketing and PR archives (media lists, press kits, photo/video libraries, newsletters, brochures, and other collateral).
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Plan, develop, and execute monthly content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for customer sentiment, flagging issues to the relevant teams.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Execute and optimize online marketing initiatives, including Google AdWords campaigns and website analytics.
Content Development & Copywriting
- Write engaging copy for social media, websites, brochures, corporate profiles, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand voice and guidelines.
- Prepare marketing reports by conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences.
Internal Communications & Engagement
- Develop and publish the monthly company newsletter, highlighting achievements and updates across divisions.
- Support employee engagement through planning and coordinating internal events and initiatives.
- Disseminate marketing-related information across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.
PR, Events & Community Relations
- Promote and support all PR activities including special events, sponsorships, merchandising campaigns, exhibitions, and showroom inspections.
- Coordinate photography and video production requirements for campaigns and events.
- Develop brand awareness and strengthen reputation within the local community through targeted marketing and social initiatives.
General Responsibilities
- Respond to customer feedback and postings in a professional and timely manner.
- Achieve agreed performance goals and complete tasks assigned by the Line Manager productively and responsibly.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
