    Position Summary

    As a Marketing & Enrolment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of marketing strategies for LCI Education. Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various marketing projects to promote our educational programs, attract new students and support the company's communication campaigns. You will work closely with various internal departments and external partners to ensure the smooth running of promotional, event and advertising activities, while ensuring brand consistency and assist in enrolment activities under the Admissions & Marketing Team.

    You will also be involved in optimizing internal processes and maintaining a high level of stakeholder satisfaction.

    Reports to: Marketing Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Promote programs and act as an ambassador to students;
    • Backup the Admissions Team and act as an advisor to candidates wishing to enrol in our programs of study;
    • Actively participate in school visits, open houses, career fairs, virtual workshops, and other recruitment events.
    • Manage candidate communications by updating and maintaining the CRM system, including sending reminders and follow-up messages (e.g., SMS to no-shows from open houses).
    • Support email and SMS marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing and optimization efforts.
    • Assist in coordinating and executing marketing and recruitment events, ensuring smooth logistics and engagement.
    • Maintain marketing inventory and oversee the check-out system for marketing materials to ensure stock levels are accurately tracked and consistently monitored
    • Analyze performance using Google Analytics and CRM tools, and prepare reports detailing the effectiveness of events.
    • Write clear, on-brand content in English that meets stakeholder requirements.
    • Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Monitor partnership agreements and collaborate with external partners to ensure the successful execution of joint campaigns;
    • Oversee the inventory of promotional items, ensuring their availability and controlling costs;
    • Manage requests for quotes, orders and follow-up of invoices with suppliers;
    • Participate in the development and coordination of ad hoc marketing projects based on strategic priorities;
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements in marketing processes.
    • Other duties assigned by the manager.

    Qualifications

    • Hold a bachelor's degree in sales & marketing, communication, business administration (marketing option) or a related field;
    • 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in a dynamic or institutional environment.

    Required Skills

    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);
    • Experience with digital tools, including content management platforms (CMS), Google Analytics, CRM and email marketing tools is an asset.
    • Project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives in parallel.
