As a Project Officer – Recruitment Team, you will play a key role in supporting and executing strategic projects within the recruitment function. You will work across various teams to ensure project efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Your missions

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing projects effectively.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including the operational recruitment team, PMO team, data scientists, and external partners, to ensure project success.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project activities.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery while making necessary adjustments.
• Identify risks associated with projects and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure smooth communication between different teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
  

AI & Automation Focus

• Identify and evaluate potential AI applications in recruitment, such as competence file screening, candidate sourcing, chatbots, and predictive analytics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including AI Taskforce, data scientists, and governance teams, to implement automation solutions.
• Develop and optimize chatbots and recruitment automation workflows using Copilot Studio/Power Automate.
• Assess and recommend AI tools and technologies aligned with business objectives.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring mechanisms to evaluate AI project success.

• Strong interest in both strategic and operational project management.
• Ability to explore and implement new approaches to improve recruitment efficiency.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong results-driven attitude.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Interest in AI, automation, and recruitment technologies.
• Fluent in English.
