Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving the success of our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of customer service, sales, and administrative skills, along with a solid understanding of real estate and property management. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate will be key in helping clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely responses and solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws in all client interactions.
- Provide training and support to clients on product features and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials that highlight customer success stories.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively while prioritizing tasks.
- Assist with real estate marketing efforts, including creating and posting property videos, managing social media content, and supporting overall listing promotion strategies to maximize exposure and engagement.
Requirements
- Must hold a current and active real estate license to assist with licensed activities such as showings, client communication, and transaction support.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably within the real estate or property management sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals or resolving conflicts.
- Possess a working knowledge of AI tools and technologies to streamline real estate tasks, enhance marketing efforts, and improve overall efficiency in daily operations.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client bases.
- Administrative experience in real estate or property management is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
